Pizza Allergen Information
Our pizzas are freshly prepared off-site by an independent local pizza supplier and delivered to Laser Quest Romford.
We currently offer Cheese & Tomato and Pepperoni pizzas, including Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free options.
Our pizza supplier prepares food in premises where a wide range of ingredients and allergens are handled and has provided the following important information:
“We cannot guarantee the total absence of any of the 14 legal allergens and traces of these allergens in our food could be present.”
Customers should therefore be aware that none of the pizzas supplied to Laser Quest Romford can be guaranteed to be completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Pizzas
Where a pizza is described as Gluten-Free, this refers to the ingredients and gluten-free dough used to prepare that particular pizza. Gluten-containing products are also prepared within the supplier’s premises and, as a result, the complete absence of gluten cannot be guaranteed.
Where a pizza is described as Dairy-Free, dairy-free alternatives are used in place of the standard dairy ingredients. However, milk and other dairy products are handled within the same premises and the complete absence of milk or traces of dairy cannot be guaranteed.
The same applies to pizzas described as Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free.
The terms Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free describe the ingredients/options used to prepare the relevant pizza and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the finished product is completely free from gluten, milk or other allergens.
Customers with coeliac disease, severe allergies or potentially life-threatening allergies should carefully consider this information before ordering.
Pizza Ingredients & Allergen Information
All ingredient, dietary and allergen information relating to our pizzas is provided to Laser Quest Romford by our independent third-party food supplier.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information provided to our customers accurately reflects the information supplied to us. However, ingredients, recipes, brands and preparation methods may change from time to time.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please do not rely solely on the name or description of a pizza when deciding whether it is suitable for you.
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances and ask a member of our team for the latest available allergen information before ordering.
Food Brought Into the Venue
As our party packages are self-hosted, customers may bring their own food into the venue in accordance with our party terms.
If you are bringing food specifically for a guest with a food allergy or intolerance, we strongly recommend that you keep this food with you and separate from other food, particularly where the guest has a serious allergy.
Any food brought into the venue by customers remains the responsibility of the person who supplied or brought that food. Laser Quest cannot verify its ingredients, allergen content, preparation methods or whether it has previously been exposed to allergens.
Where possible, food intended for a guest with an allergy should remain in its original sealed packaging and be handled by the responsible adult accompanying the group.

According to the product information supplied to us, our raspberry and strawberry slush syrups contain no declarable allergens.

Important Information for Customers with Severe Allergies
Our pizzas are prepared by a third-party supplier in an environment where allergens are handled. The supplier cannot guarantee the total absence of any of the 14 regulated allergens or traces of those allergens within its food.
If you or a member of your group has a serious or potentially life-threatening food allergy, coeliac disease or other condition where even trace amounts of an allergen could cause a reaction, we strongly recommend that you do not consume our supplied pizzas unless you are satisfied, having considered the available allergen information, that the food is suitable for you.
You are welcome to bring suitable alternative food for a member of your group with specific dietary or allergen requirements.
If you are in any doubt whatsoever about whether a food or drink product is suitable for you or a member of your group, please do not consume it and speak to a member of our team.
Your Responsibility When Ordering
The person making the booking is responsible for making us aware of any known food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements within their group and for communicating relevant allergen information to the appropriate parents, guardians or members of their party.
Where children are attending as part of a party or group, parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring that any food consumed by a child is suitable for that child’s individual dietary and allergen requirements.
We will provide the allergen information made available to us by our suppliers upon request and will take reasonable steps to assist customers with dietary requirements. However, where a supplier advises that it cannot guarantee the absence of an allergen, Laser Quest cannot provide such a guarantee on the supplier’s behalf.
