Unfortunately not – this would be a health and safety hazard.
Yes, our age limit is generally 6 years upwards. However, it is at the discretion of the supervising crew member to determine whether (or not) the 5D Cinema can still be used by a child younger than 6 years of age.
Customers who are pregnant can use our 5D cinema without any problem; however, due to the intensity of some of the rides, we advise that you consult with a medical professional before taking part, just to be safe. If you wish to go on the 5D cinema without seeking medical advice/assurance first, you do so at your own risk.
Yes you can, however please take extra care when walking into the room and to your seat.
With VR the images flash very quickly and generally this is considered high-risk and could trigger a seizure in people with photosensitive epilepsy. However, the field of view is large and so more of the eye is stimulated. This means that more of the brain may be affected, and this could trigger a photosensitive seizure. We do advise consulting with a medical professional beforehand.
You can just turn up on the day and book a session upon arrival to play straight away or after a short wait, however please note that the VR Ride Experience features as part of Birthday party bookings, and it may be more difficult to book a session / your wait to have a go may be longer on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and School Holidays.
Although it’s a possibility, the majority of our customers do not experience this. Some of these games are designed to specifically avoid causing motion sickness. However, if you do start to feel ill while playing, please take the headset off and take time out until you feel better.
